Thirty years of combined background in landscape architecture, entomology, horticulture and sustainable agriculture on projects in the United States, Europe and Asia. Applied ecology and investigation of sustainable natural systems play a fundamental role in the conception of his projects.
BRYAN CANTWELL / CO-FOUNDER, DESIGN DIRECTOR
Twenty years of experience working at both a local and international scale. His work focuses on the integration of public space, infrastructure, and ecological systems, with projects spanning a broad range of typologies, including urban design, public parks, waterfront development, and transportation and bicycle infrastructure.
BRIAN BAKER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
Thirty seven years of professional experience working as a landscape architect and as an educator at various universities in Japan and the United States; senior associate and director at international studios involved in private and public sector work in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia region.
GABRIELLE IGLESIAS / URBAN CLIMATE RESILIENCE SPECIALIST
Close to thirty years of professional experience, fifteen years working at the University of the Philippines teaching public administration, and the last fourteen years working on capacity building and research in disaster risk management and climate change adaptation in Asian cities.
LUCAS MESALLES / GEOSCIENTIST
Ten years of professional experience, both as an academic researcher and lecturer in geosciences as well as involvement working in the natural resources and environmental industry on projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia. He has worked as well as hydrological modeler developing climate risk assessments and projections for urban areas in Asian cities.

Junior architect with experience at architecture and urban design offices in New York, Beijing, Milan and Bangkok.

Urban planner with an interest and focus on urban resilience in Southeast Asian cities, for several years working in environmental planning and environmental mediation as well as at large engineering firms in the Northeast United States.
